*APPLICATIONS
High purity pressure gauge is mainly used in semiconductor, electronic, medical, gene, biotechnology and pharmaceutical field. It could be sorted to two kinds as class I, class II by their purity degrees.
All the parts would be dealt with by ultrasonic pure-water.
Protect welding work with the high purity argon.
And also with strict detection of compression resistance and airproof which could achieve 1 x 10-9 Pa ‧ m3 /s.
