DS190(S) series
*APPLICATIONS
Diaphragm pressure gauges are used when medium
is corrosive, contaminated, viscous, crystalline or
with impurities. DS190(S) series is particularly used
in chemical and petrochemical industry, mechanical
engineering, plants and apparatus construction.
*SPECIFICATIONS
Instruments：All series pressure gauges and pressure transmitters are available
Process Connection (Thread)：
1/4"；3/8"；1/2"；3/4"；1" PT (BSPT) / NPT, male or female thread
(Other sizes are available upon request)
Note：Generally PF (BSP) thread is not available because the inlet hole is too small and it will be clogged with viscous or crystallizing medium.
Upper Diaphragm Housing：
Diameter－Φ90 mm
Material－SUS304 (Standard)；SUS316, SUS316L (Option) and other materials are available made-to-order
Lower Diaphragm Housing：
Diameter－Φ90 mm
Material－SUS304；SUS316；SUS316L or others.
Diaphragm：
Standard－SUS316L
Option－Nickel, Teflon (PTFE), Hastelloy C, Monel, Tantalum, Titanium
Screws on Housing Standard：SUS304
(Other materials are available upon request)
Coating (option)：Teflon；PFA
Temperature：
medium +80℃；ambient 10 to 60℃
for medium 80~400℃ or ambient below 10℃ are available made-to-order
Filling Fluid：Glycerin or silicon oil standard (depends on temperature), fluorocarbon oil available
Pressure Range：
General type－0 ~ 0.6 / 60 kg/cm2 (bar), positive, negative or compound
Low pressure type－below 0.6 kg/cm2
(available by adopting Φ120mm or above diameter of diaphragm housing)
Accessory (option)：
1. Cooling fin
2. Capillary for remote measurement (specify length of capillary when ordering)
3. A cleaning hole drilled on lower diaphragm seal
